The Concept of Wellness

Wellness is a conceptual approach to the perception of one"s health (not only in physical sense but also in spiritual sense). This is freshness of emotions and sensations, self-reliance, and life energy – all in all, it is everything that makes a person to move ahead and not to stand still. When you start Wellness, you bring yourself on a new level of life quality understanding, conscious self-attitude as well as attitude to your psychic and physical health. Wellness organically combines spiritual practice of the East with high techs, modern health-improving methods and recent developments in the field of dietology and cosmetology, traditional and alternative medical methods, recent developments in the sphere of physiology and biomechanics. Besides, Wellness always offers each patient an individual approach. In other words, Wellness is a multilateral system, which contains a great number of components.
